VazoTech Solutions provides IT asset disposition (ITAD), surplus material purchasing, wholesale distribution, data destruction, logistics, and related services. Specific terms for individual transactions will be outlined in separate agreements or quotes.
3. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided through our website or directly by our team are estimates and subject to final verification upon physical inspection of equipment. Quoted prices are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
4. Equipment Transactions
- All equipment sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Equipment descriptions and grades are based on our professional assessment
- Buyers are responsible for verifying equipment meets their requirements
- VazoTech reserves the right to refuse any transaction
5. Data Destruction
Data destruction services are performed according to NIST 800-88 guidelines. Certificates of Destruction are provided for all data-bearing assets. VazoTech is not liable for data that was not disclosed to be on devices submitted for processing.
6. Limitation of Liability
VazoTech Solutions' liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of VazoTech Solutions and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
